Attorney Thomas Brenner

Thomas E. Brenner is an experienced Insurance defense counsel. His areas of experience include commercial litigation, professional liability, auto liability, business defense, civil rights, first party issues and insurance coverage issues. He has an active subrogation practice including auto liability, fire, homeowners and commercial losses. His practice includes work before the Pennsylvania Insurance Department and Pennsylvania professional licensing Boards. Tom has been appointed to serve as an Arbitrator by the Dauphin County Court. He is a Mediator resolving disputes before and during litigation.

Tom is a graduate of Villanova University and Villanova School of Law. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Courts, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Fourth Court Circuits and all Federal District Courts within Pennsylvania.
Tom has been an active member of the Dauphin County Bar Association serving as Chairman of the Young Lawyers Section. In 2007 he was President of the Bar Association. Committee work includes the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and Public Service Committee. Tom is also a member of the York County Bar Association. Tom is active with the Pennsylvania Bar Association including the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Judicial Administration Committees. He has also served as a Representative to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates. His American Bar Association activities have included serving as a District Representative for Pennsylvania. Professional Associations include the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute, Harrisburg Claims Association, and National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Tom is married to Mary Small Brenner. They have five children and six grandchildren. Tom is a PIAA swim official and a retired FIFA soccer referee. He is involved with church activities at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
