Charles J. DeHart, III, is the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in Bankruptcy for the United States Middle District Court of Pennsylvania and a member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He concentrates on estate planning, corporate law, business planning and bankruptcy law. A graduate of Lebanon Valley College, he received his law degree from Dickinson School of Law and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Temple School of Law.
Mr. DeHart is a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hershey, a past crusade chairman for Dauphin County Chapter of the American Cancer Society, a member of the Hummelstown General Authority, past president of the Hummelstown Borough Council, past president of the Paxton Area Jaycees and a JCI Senator. He is a native of Harrisburg.
