Bruce Grossman’s practice concentrates on business, real estate and intellectual property matters. He effectively counsels public and private businesses, as well as non-profits, in all stages: formation, financing, expansion, mergers, acquisitions, sales, and succession. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New York.
A native of Long Island, Bruce practiced in New York, including as partner and general counsel, at various firms. He is a graduate of the New York University School of Law and received his undergraduate degree from Knox College.
Bruce assists clients with a wide variety of business transactions in sales, supply, employment, licensing, research, joint ventures, sale of stock and assets, public offerings, private placements, credit arrangements, asset-based financing and equipment leasing.
In addition to Bruce’s experience in trademark registrations and litigation, as well as copyrights, he aids real estate clients in all aspects of commercial transactions. This includes acquisition, disposition, financing, land and other leases, mortgages, collateralization, development, land use regulation, and management.
Bruce is chair of the Londonderry Township Planning Commission. He is active in Rotary, including having done a recent mission to Haiti to develop a water treatment system. He is vice president and a trustee of the Davis Boyd Memorial Foundation, which supports adaptive skiing programs. His hobbies include scuba diving and skiing.
Bruce is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the Dauphin County Bar Association.
