Stephen G. Held

Stephen G. Held is a litigator with over 30 years of experience as a trial attorney representing injured persons by litigating automobile, slip and fall, premises liability, product liability, nursing home negligence and animal attack cases. He has decades of experience representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Attorney Held has extensive experience in representing insurers and their insured with Defense of claims including general negligence, commercial carrier defense and subrogation.
Stephen attended Millersville University and earned his law degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. While at Widener, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a certified legal intern, in the courtroom after the first year of law school.

Stephen is admitted to all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, as well as the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations.

Stephen has been involved with the Immune Deficiency Foundation, which offers resources, education and support for those with primary immunodeficiency (PI), and has volunteered at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.
