The law firm of Caldwell & Kearns traces its origin to 1928, when two young attorneys, Thomas D. Caldwell and Carl B. Stoner, Sr., became associates in the practice of law. Shortly thereafter, Robert T. Fox joined them, and the firm became known as Caldwell, Fox & Stoner. In 1969, Paul Clouser, Richard Kearns, William Caldwell, Thomas Caldwell, Jr., Carl B. Stoner, Sr. and Carl Wass formed the firm of Caldwell, Clouser & Kearns.

In 1987 the name of the firm was shortened to Caldwell & Kearns. Also that year, the firm moved to its present location at 3631 North Front Street. The location of the firm is convenient for our clients and provides easy access for our attorneys who practice throughout South Central Pennsylvania. The firm also has an office at 13 East Main Street, Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
