ADR/Mediation

Experienced and Trusted Harrisburg Mediators and Arbitrators

Mediation and Arbitration are two different forms of alternative dispute resolution [ADR]. The attorneys at Caldwell & Kearns will serve as mediators to help craft a settlement that is agreeable to both parties or as arbitrators to fairly and impartially decide your case. Our attorneys will use their extensive substantive knowledge and litigation experience to help resolve your case. Because our attorneys have a strong base of substantive knowledge in their practice areas they will quickly understand the issues in your case.

These alternatives to litigation save time and money, but they can only be beneficial to both parties if they are conducted by experienced, neutral mediators or arbitrators. Mediation has the added benefit of preserving relationships between businesses and family members.
