Attorney Paula J. Leicht concentrates her practice in zoning and land use law and real estate law. She represents clients in the telecommunications industry in land development and leasing matters, in addition to representing clients in obtaining approval of commercial and residential land development plans. Municipal clients retain her as special counsel in land use cases.

Her general real estate practice encompasses the preparation of condominium and planned community documentation, completion of buy/sell transactions, landlord/tenant law, and real estate financing and title insurance. Ms. Leicht is a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania.

Ms. Leicht received her B.A. in Philosophy from Earlham College, her Masters in Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before all courts in Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Caldwell & Kearns, P.C., Ms. Leicht practiced law in Harrisburg for 22 years. Ms. Leicht is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Dauphin County Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Ms, Leicht has taught seminars for the National Business Institute on land use and zoning issues, title insurance and boundary disputes.

She is vice president of Elizabethtown Preservation Associates, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of historic buildings in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania and has served this organization since 1988. She also is a member of the Session of Donegal Presbyterian Church and Vice President of the Donegal Society.
