Mr. Goldsmith's practice concentrates in professional negligence defense, the defense of professionals before licensing boards, litigation, real estate and association law. He has litigated numerous cases at the trial and appellate levels of the state and federal court systems. In addition to appearing in court on behalf of businesses and licensed professionals, Mr. Goldsmith has represented individuals in personal injury and malpractice suits. In cooperation with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R), he has co-authored the Pennsylvania Real Estate Reporter, which represents the first and only indexed compilation of
