Douglas M. Oberholser was born in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate education at Messiah College, received a master's degree from Millersville University, and graduated from Widener University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Oberholser was a clinician and program administrator for a behavioral healthcare provider.

Mr. Oberholser is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. His practice is focused on real estate, land use, commercial and business law, municipal law, education law and insurance defense.  He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

In his spare time he is an avid soccer fan and enjoys biking with his family.  Mr. Oberholser is a member of Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church and is a board member and vice president of his neighborhood homeowners association.  He and his family reside in Lancaster County.
