Brett M. Woodburn received his undergraduate degrees in History and English from Allegheny College and his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University.  He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the Federal District Court for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and before the U. S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Woodburn handles real estate law, insurance defense and general civil litigation.  Mr. Woodburn is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.  Within the Pennsylvania Bar Association, he is the Secretary and a Council member for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Division, and is co-Chair for the Plain English Committee.  Mr. Woodburn is a past Chair for the Dauphin County Young Lawyers Division, and is the Secretary for the James S. Bowman Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Mr. Woodburn's work with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R) has included publishing various works pertaining to recent developments in the areas of real estate law, as well as conducting training seminars for REALTORS(R) across the Commonwealth.  He also counsels REALTORS(R) through the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS(R) Legal Hotline.  He is an author and speaker for several of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's real estate related courses.  Mr. Woodburn is the former clerk to the Honorable John M. Cleland, 48th Judicial District in McKean County.

Mr. Woodburn is an active member with Linglestown Life United Methodist Church, where he and his family attend regularly.
